Real jobs. Real messes.

A whole-house cleanout, hour by hour.

• 7:30 amTrailer backed into the driveway, walk-through with the family, one flat price confirmed by text the night before.
• 8:00 amBasement first. Narrow stairs, so the heavy furniture comes up in pieces. Keep pile, donate pile, haul pile.
• 11:30 amFirst trailer to the landfill. Crew keeps loading the second while it is gone.
• 2:00 pmGarage and shed. Mower, paint cans set aside for the family, everything else goes.
• 4:30 pmBroom-clean, photos texted to the out-of-town daughter, house ready for the listing photos on Monday.
